What is the fee to place a membership on hold?

There is a $20 fee to place your membership on hold. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months.

Members may place their membership on hold for reasons such as; pregnancy leave, long extended vacations, injuries, etc. All holds can be for a period of no less than 30 days and no longer than 3 months each year, not to exceed two different hold periods per calendar year. All Clients wishing to activate holds must submit a Membership Hold Request Form accessible here: https://membershiphold.paperform.co.

Once the end of the hold period has been reached, the Member’s original Membership contract will resume. Members must notify Amy Wooten directly at amywooten@fit4mom.com and complete the Hold Request Form 15 days prior to the desired hold start date. Any requests received after a Member’s billing date will be prorated accordingly- holds do not need to coincide with billing dates. There is a one time $20 charge to place a membership on hold.

If a Member wishes to cancel during a hold period, the Member will still be responsible for full payment of their existing contractual agreement- hold periods DO NOT count towards the Member's monthly contractual obligation.
