Run Club +: Accountability, Speed, Endurance

Take your running to the next level with Run Club+, our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Run Club+ will meet on Saturday mornings this spring beginning March 22 at 7AM and finish up at the Burleson Got Your 6 5K! We will focus on accomplishing our long runs together during this time. A few weeks we will take time for strength and cross training. Our coach will communicate each week what to expect. Bring a water and wear comfy clothes to break a little sweat!
