Run Club +: Accountability, Speed, Endurance
Take your running to the next level with Run Club+, our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!
Run Club+ will meet on Saturday mornings this winter beginning January 4 and finishing up at the Cowtown 5K and 10K on February 22. We will focus on accomplishing our long runs together during this time. A few weeks we will take time for strength and cross training. Our coach will communicate each week what to expect. Bring a water and wear comfy clothes to break a little sweat!
