What if I need to cancel my membership?

Month-to Month Memberships may be canceled so long as the Member provides at least 30 days notice prior to their next scheduled billing date. 3 Month Autopay Memberships are in effect for the entirety of the purchased membership period and are automatically debited every 30 days from initial date of purchased services. Should a Member decide to no longer attend classes, the Member is still required to fulfill the contractual agreement for their Membership Package. Once the contract is fulfilled, 30 days notice is still required in order to process any cancellations.

ALL Membership Packages automatically renew on a monthly basis unless written notice is received by FIT4MOM Burleson-Crowley. In order to cancel a membership, the Member must notify FIT4MOM Burleson-Crowley via email at amywooten@fit4mom.com informing us of the request for cancellation. Without an email confirmation from a FIT4MOM representative and completion of the online Cancellation Form, the cancellation does not exist. It is up to the Member to obtain this confirmation within 72 hours. We regret there are no exceptions. No refunds will be given for dues once it has been paid.

This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the FIT4MOM Burleson-Crowley franchise. Once a membership is canceled, if the member wants to re-enroll they will be charged half the normal registration fee. Instructors are not authorized to cancel memberships.
