How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
A 15 day notice is required for holds and a 30 day notice is required for cancellations. Please use this form to process a hold 15 days prior to the day starting the hold. A $20 fee is processed for all holds.
To cancel your membership please reach out to Amy at amywooten@fit4mom.com. Cancellations need to fill out the form from Amy 30 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.
Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
