When Should I See Prenatal Chiropractor?

Prenatal chiropractic care is the art and science of maintaining the spinal column, discs, and related nerves during pregnancy. Through the adjustment of misaligned joints within the spine and pelvis prenatal chiropractors can ease the discomforts and potential difficulties that can arise during pregnancy and birth.

5 Reasons to See a Prenatal Chiropractor:

· Ease Morning Sickness

· Reduce Pain and Discomfort (Sciatica, Round Ligament Pain, Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction, etc.)

· Improve Baby Positioning

· Shorten Labor

· Easier Delivery with Proper Alignment

When to start?

Many women begin chiropractic care before conceiving to better their odds at conceiving naturally. Other women start as soon as they find out they are expecting. Chiropractic care by a trained prenatal chiropractor is safe to begin at any point in pregnancy but starting in the first trimester gives your body the best chance at having the optimal pregnancy and birth.
