September 2020 Mom of the Month

Fit4Mom for me has honestly changed my life. When I joined I was lonely for female friendship and my anxiety was out of control. I was tired and unmotivated. This has all changed!! My very first day I was welcomed into this group and felt so at home. Before I found it hard to connect with any group; they all felt so cliquish. Now, I have made so many friends and have a great support system. Fit4Mom has made me a better wife, mother, and person. I am stronger and healthier both in mind and body. Thank you Fit4Mom and to Amy whose simple Facebook message changed this girl's life.
